Structural Characteristics of Tunnel Freezing Machine
I. Overall design:
1. According to the characteristics of quick-freezing products, the technological structure parameters are designed. The multi-point liquid nitrogen atomizer evaporator can make the temperature in the quick-freezing room uniform and fully meet the requirements.
2. The optimum combination of evaporator fan, air guide device, adjustable heat fluctuation device and floor moving structure improves the focus of cold air and quick-freezing rate of frozen products, makes frozen products blow evenly in many directions, and makes frozen products freeze faster and uniform in quality.
3. The air guide adjusting device can adjust the direction of the wind at any time to control the symmetry of the cold air without spillover; the adjustable wind shielding and insulation device can control the feeding height and avoid the loss of cooling capacity; the five-sided insulation device of the entry and exit railings can further utilize the cold air to make the conveyor belt run at low temperature, improve the low temperature environment of the feeding and outgoing materials, and improve the efficiency
4. Ultra-thick polyurethane insulation board is used in the storage body, 304 stainless steel anti-collision outer panel is used in the storage body, and double-stranded double-door insert is installed in the overhaul door with low temperature, aging and oil-resistant sealing double tape.
5. Frame structure, bracket, support, platform, air duct plate, mesh belt, guide rail skeleton and machine parts in quick-freezing zone are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel (with the exception of standard and special parts such as reducer and motor).
6. Over-length stainless steel shield to avoid frozen spillover; UHMWPE slideway.
7. Integral welded stainless steel water pan is installed in the quick-freezing room; the bottom plate is inclined to avoid ice and water accumulation; all corners of the quick-freezing machine are easy to clean and maintain; other transmission devices are in the cover body except for the slow operation of mesh belt, and the cover body is easy to disassemble and assemble; emergency stop safety buttons and safety warning signs are set up; adjustable bottom legs are moved on the bottom plate of the quick-freezing machine. The whole machine conforms to HACCP safety and hygiene requirements, safe and reliable operation, food safety and hygiene;
2. The reservoir body:
1. The storage body is manufactured, manufactured, installed and checked according to the JB/T6527-2006 standards of "Indoor Assembled Refrigeration Storage" (ZBX99003-86) and "Heat Insulation Sandwich Board for Combined Refrigeration Storage". The warehouse plate adopts double-sided stainless steel self-extinguishing flame retardant polyurethane sandwich heat insulation board, and the panel adopts SUS304 stainless steel plate.
2. The use of self-extinguishing flame-retardant rigid polyurethane in board insulation materials meets the following criteria
Volume weight should be greater than or equal to 40 kg/m3 (average volume weight of non-whole board, which is the volume weight of spot checking immediately after slicing).
The thermal conductivity is less than 0.024w/m.k.
Compressive strength requirements: wall panels, roof 150-200 kpa, ground (> 300 kpa);
The water absorption is less than 4%, the dimensional stability is less than 1%(-30 (-48 h), and the self-extinguishing property is less than 7 seconds.
3. The bond strength between stainless steel sheet and polyurethane should be greater than 98.1N/cm2.
3. Mechanical transmission:
1. The conveyor belt chain network is made of food-grade bright SUS304 spring stainless steel. The net surface is smooth and the links between chains and axles are flexible.
2. Ultramolecular wear-resistant polyethylene material is used in the contact and friction parts between the mesh belt and the slideway to ensure the safety of frozen products.
3. The platform of inlet and outlet is equipped with super-high and super-high material protection device, adjustable stainless steel windshield and heat preservation device, and the platform of outlet and outlet is equipped with automatic blanking.
4. Frequency conversion reducer is used for transmission drive. Frequency conversion speed regulation is used for mesh belt operation, and quick freezing time is adjusted arbitrarily.
4. Evaporator and defrosting:
1. Evaporation temperature of evaporator liquid supply - 196 degrees
2. The evaporator is made of stainless steel tube, the airflow is smooth, and the windshield shell of the bracket is also made of stainless steel.
3. Equipped with high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and lengthened axial flow fan, 304 stainless steel guide plate, anti-rust aluminium alloy wind blade and aluminium shell moisture-proof and waterproof motor, the motor runs smoothly.
4. The manual defrosting operation mode is adopted to make the defrosting uniform, fast and thorough.
V. Electronic control part:
1. All motors and distribution cabinet external electrical components protection level is not lower than IP55, Y2 type waterproof and moisture-proof motors are used for motors.
2. Stainless steel electronic control cabinet has beautiful appearance and firm structure. The opening angle of the door is more than 90 degrees. The components are arranged tidily and installed firmly and correctly. Insulation resistance (> 2M), 3-phase 5-wire AC 380V/50Hz withstand voltage. Display temperature, transmission frequency, fan start-stop, set frequency conversion speed regulation, operation start-stop button, emergency stop button, standby cold source start-stop button and door heating start-stop button.
3. Electrical materials: The main control electrical components are mainly Schneider and joint venture brands.
